This was made for my mother's Birthday Card. I started by stamping a bunch of Lawn Fawn "toboggan together" deer. I masked the stamp several times in order to give the illusion that the deer were piling up. I then masked the entire pile and used Ranger Distress Ink (Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers, and Mowed Lawn) and a mini-ink blending tool to create the background. The deer are colored in with 50/50 Colored Pencils making sure I created shading. I then trimmed the scene to fit sideways on a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 folded card. I used the back of a clear stamp to create round balloons and heat embossed them with clear powder. I attached them using Scotch Tape Foam adhesive, drew the string and added bakers twine to the balloons for dimension. I finished the card by adding Lawn Fawn decorative paper for the bottom trim with Umbrella permanent adhesive roller and a small strip of glitter paper. The inside of the card was stamped with two sentiments from the "toboggan together"- "happy" and "deer" which I cut from the stamps. I then used a "Birthday" stamp I had and put them together- so it's a fun pun!
