I hand punched the smaller circle and the larger one was cut out with my Cricut machine. I used 3D foam between them for some dimension. I stamped "Happy Halloween" The ribbon and the double bow are 2 separate pieces. I also included the envelope. Thanks for visiting and commenting :o)Ro
