I made this custom disc case for a client to hold a CD of photos of their new baby girl. (I've smudged part of her birthday on the butterfly tag out for privacy reasons.) It's cardstock mounted on pieces of thin chipboard and then decorated to match the photos supplied. The photographer had a sweet photo of the little girl sleeping with a tag and bow wrapped around her tummy so I created a tag with ribbons to mount her photo on the front. The back has another sleeping photo and a die cut "sweet dreams." I also included enamel dots and flowers.

The two adhesives I used most for this was my trusty glue tape runner to adhere paper and smaller items as well as Prima's modeling paste to adhere the 3 dimensional objects like the flowers. A 3rd adhesive I used was Xyron's sticker maker for the sweet dreams die cut.
