My father and his father. They look so much alike.
I have been having trouble getting a good digital photo of my layouts. (the 12x12 did not fit on my flatbed scanner). I found an article in the Creating Keepsakes Magazine, March 2003 issue, page 40 that solves the scanner problem!! There is a progam called The ulead cool 360. It is a program that "blends" two parts of a scan together. So you can scan the right side in your scanner than scan the left and merge them. You can get the program free for a 14 day trial at www.ulead.com/cool360. I have been using it and I love it! I am going to buy it. If you download it to use it, there are a couple things I learned. It has a three step process. On the first step, choose wide angle image, not 360, and on the second step, when you "aquire" the scan from your scanner, choose JPG rather than TIFF." It is really simple.
