I made these three tags using my Cricut:
1. Tags, Bags, Boxes and More: 5" (tip: if you are making numerous you can do mirror and then cut them in half)
2. Tear Drop for the fonts, brackets, flowers, and asterisks (over letter 8). I did the brackets as 1.5" shadow and the font at 1" (one set shadow, one set regular).
3. I printed the last name, address and phone number on vellum and placed that info on the back.
4. Laminate.
5. Punch hole in the tag and then attach yarn, leather, ribbon or twine.
