Lovely to see this one pop up again!! I did not see it the first time around! It looks haunted and your story give off eerie vibes! Great documentation!
I too like your digital stamp overlay on this. Like how the journaling strip is just as tall as your photo mat block. And of course the yellows of the pattern are perfect here.
Oh Tammy - you really captured the eerie effects with this one. Just looking at it, you know there is something there and then when I ready your journaling it made Goosebumps on my arm! How interesting. Thank you for sharing these photos! I really love this paper and all the distressing with it. Really fits the mood! I wouldn't have spend long either and I wouldn't have gone at night! Glad it was daytime for you! I really fell in love with Scotland and would love to go back. It really is an amazing country. I expected it to be a lot like Ireland but it isn't. Ireland and Scotland could be on different planets - not alike at all. I loved Ireland but I really fell in love with Scotland! You are so fortunate to live there!
Greyfriar's Kirkyard - old and very eerie. It has long been documented as one of the most haunted places in Scotland. As I entered the area in the top photo the wind picked up just around me and blew the leaves all around me as I walked - only around me. The memorial on the bottom is one of the most haunted and is chained up and locked as people have been seriously hurt inside. I did not linger long and was thankful that there were other people in the churchyard. As I looked through a gate at one point I wanted to take a photo but couldn't and did not tarry long there. I found out later the significance of the 1200 martyrs. Love the digital stamp overlay - Victorian from Scrap Shots.
