this is a fabulous lo. I can't say enough good things about it. You are so coming along on your scrapping. The journaling is excellent, and I like that you have it in your description field so we can read it too. I love the title, and how you did it out of different kinds of die cuts, some positive space and some negative space. The photo is adorable and you have chosen great colors for the papers, ribbons and embellies to complement the photo. I even likr the 3 little button like embellies next to the photo, which simulate the pattern in the lavendar paper. Good job!
I love the colors on this which is why I have to agree with the other comments regarding the black flower and ribbon. I would either repeat the white ribbon or use another strip of that striped patterned paper. I think if you used a flower in the same color as your larger one, it would create a visual triangle between the three flowers on your page taking the eye from the title, to the photo, and then to your journaling.
You have a cute mouse!!
I love your title treatment and the circles look awesome!! Other than changing the color of the ribbon/flower, I think this is perfect!! Love the picture of Pancho too!
I love this layout. I have that pp pack, but I never thought to cut out some of the circles and use them as accents in a different color -- what a great idea. I adore the way you did the title!
I really like your color combo, and the circles next to the pic are a wonderful addition and way to pull in the blue stripes. The black ribbon and little black flower seem to be a little too dominant. That is the first thing I notice when I look at the lo. So I think I might use the same white ribbon with black polka dots on top and maybe a blue or purple flower. What a VERY patient little guy indeed!
Pancho, if I could describe you in one word, it would be “Patient.”. You sure practice the definition of this word more than I do!
When the PetSmart guy was assembling your box you patiently waited on his leg and went into your temporary home with no problems!
On the way home from PetSmart, you patiently waited in the box for almost 3 hours while Scott and I continuously looked in your little house and tried to pet you. You went all the way from Knoxville, TN to Richmond, KY without complaining once!
You patiently wait for Fiona to finish eating so you can take your turn. It’s not because you guys can’t eat at the same time, but Lady Fiona is too proud to share her plate with anyone.
I know you do not like for me to pet you when you are sleeping, but sometimes I cannot help it! Even when I am showing my “motherly love”, you show patience and will not bite or “KACK” at me like the others.
The day this picture was taken you patiently waited for me to totally capture your personality!
It is great when I finally can snap a good picture. You guys are so fast and won’t stay longer than 2 seconds in the same pose. I hope that as you grow older you keep being the same patient little boy.
