I found cards like this one at Eileen's Crafty Zone: http://eileenscraftyzone.blogspot.co.uk/2015/10/rochester-november-workshops-2015.html. She has used a number of different ways to decorate this tree, but I fell in love with the gum-drop look of this one. I've also seen this tree decorated with quilled circles at Jill's Quills: http://jillsquills.blogspot.co.uk/2014/11/more-trees.html. Thank you, ladies for the wonderful ideas.
These were a lot of fun to make; I ended up with eight of them. I used Prismacolor alcohol markers on some and Adirondack markers on others. I tried out different metallic embossing powders, but I liked the clear EP over Versafine Olympia Green best; it yielded the best contrast.
I stamped and heat embossed the tree. I colored the circles. When dry, I added Glossy Accents and glitter. That's it.
