Happy Sunday! I can't believe it's napkins! What a great project, Peggy! Sophia looks as cute as a button and the colors work so well with that gorgeous hair :D

Amazing! When I started reading what you used and you picked up these beautiful napkins for a project and ended up using them for this! Wow I never thought of that but why not your creation is beautiful, unique and the colors are Fall's most vibrant hues! It's definitely a fav!
Made for Rebecca Genet's OTP Mixed Media Challenge at Swirlydoos... I bought a couple of packages of napkins on markdown a few weeks ago to use for some sort of mixed media project and then Bec came up with this perfect challenge!!!
To start, I adhered one of the napkins to an 8 x 10 canvas, using soft matte gel. I cut up another napkin and adhered the pieces to chipboard to use to mat my photo. When the canvas was dry, I added a flourish using Wendy Vecchi Crackle Paste and Prima Mica Powder in Copper. The leaf border is a Leaky Shed chippie that I’ve been hanging on to for a few years; time to break it out!!! I’ve colored it with a mix of Lindy’s Starbursts in Cajun Carmelion Red and Cocoa Bean Copper. The edges of the canvas were also treated with the Cajun Carmelion Red spray and the borders of the photo and matting were edged with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Fired Brick. The two title chippies are from the Bo Bunny package that was part of this month’s kit. The flowers are from my stash, as are the Prima Glass Beads in Plum.
