Grand Cayman, Carnival Miracle, September 2006
This trip was so fun! The name of the pirate ship was Jolly Roger. The pirates and wenches looked so authentic. The pirates tied up two prisoners and tortured them with ice water and made them scrub the deck with a toothbrush. After we cruised around the bay for a while, the kids shot cannons at the anchored ships in the harbor. The booms were very loud and the smoke made it even more authentic. The most fun was shooting at the Disney Magic. The pirates would shout "I smell a rat! 3-2-1 FIRE!!" and we would shoot at Mickey's ship. It was hilarious! Some of the passengers would play along and pretend to be shot and fall over. Tyler had the best time! Once we anchored, we walked the plank and went swimming for a while. Having his picture taken with the pirate was the absolute highlight of the entire cruise. Tyler was in heaven!
