Hi, would you mind letting me know what you used to create this grid storage shelf. I'm afraid I don't recognize the description you've used as 4 or 6 cube system. Is this something that's available in the closet organizing section of one the home improvement stores and you just changed how you put it together? Would really appreciate it if you could pm me, or leave me a public comment that points me in the right direction. I have quite a bit of different heavy chipboard, corrugated materials and other heavy 12 x 12 items and this looks very sturdy. Thank you and TFS!
This system works great and is much less expensive than the units I found on various websites. I used the connectors that come with the panels for the corners and zip ties for anchoring the panels. I bought the unit on walmart.com. It's very sturdy and will hold lots of cardstock.
Throw out the connectors that come with it in the box and secure the panels with zipties. Quick, cheap, & easy ! I wanted a place to separate my special patterned paper by theme or designer. I put Doodlebug stuff on one shelf, farm papers, Back to School paper, prom paper, etc.
You can make one of these with a couple of extra panels left over from 1 4-cube system or 3 of these with 1 6-cube and 1-4 cube system. They're about $18 and cheaper on e***.
