We actually arrived in Hawaii the day before Halloween or it may have been on Halloween Day. We love to walk on Kauikaua (main strip in Waikiki) on Halloween and see all the costumes. Bill is a picture (upper right) with the owner of 88 Tees on Kauikaua and one her employees. He sells a lot of license plates to them - some of our favorite customers. They have a stand in the back of the store where they sell the license plates.
