Our last full day in Seward, we walked to the Mariners Memorial. It was erected to honor the memory of all who had lost at sea or who had contributed to the local seafaring history and maritime industry. It is the site of the annual blessing of the fleet. Our next stop was to the Headquarters of the Kenai Fjords National Park. They always have the best movies of the area. We watched the movie about the 1964 earthquake and its horrible destruction in Seward. We also ventured to the Iditarod Trail marker and the Alaska Railroad Monument. This was such a relaxing camping trip and one of our favorite places in Alaska. I ran out of room so I made a pocket for the brochures.

I want to give thanks to Henri for the wonderful title and arrows. How fun you could ink them. Thank you, my friend.
