Here's one I put together using some more of my scraps (except for the card base). The solid blue under the "Birthday Wishes" is a paint sample card. The bling at the bottom was actually a clear button and I colored it in with a couple of Sharpie pens to match the smaller bling stickers.

Everything with the exception of the two little Queen & Co. bling pieces, I've had in my stash for ages!
