It has been a long time since I played around with layer masks, and only Ona could get me to give it another shot :)
I started out with this photo of Caitlyn and ran the and ran the Nelly Nero Milk action on it, then added a bit of texture over the photo. I took a bunch of grungy and water color brushes, and brushed the photo back in. After I dragged it onto the background paper, I used the eraser tool to soften the edges a bit more. I added some paint and glows from Fur-vorite Friends Bundle http://www.oscraps.com/shop/Fur-Vorite-Bundle.html and Every Little Bit mini kit. http://www.oscraps.com/shop/Challenge-No1-by-NBK-Design.html To do the word art, I took the word strip, Layer via Cut for the words, dragged them onto my page and staggered them along the photo.
