What a striking LO. We have something in common. I like stained glass too! I can't imagine the time and effort you went through on the fussy cutting. It is incredible. WOW!!!
These are photos I took for POD back in February 2010. They are detail shots of the Tiffany style lamp I have on my desk.
This is my example for my February Four Categories Challenge - Category Three ~ Technique: Fussy Cutting. All the paper on this LO is from one sheet of pp, but I wanted to rearrange it so I cut out the stained glass look strip and fussy cut around all the outer leaves. I also cut out the 2 blue strips, which were originally printed on either side of the stained glass strip. I used a mounting sheet to reassemble and layer the pieces with the photos covering the leftover empty space. I used foam tape under each of the cut out leaves for dimension. For the brads twist, I used four gem brads, one at each end of the two blue strips.
This is for the February Music Challenge - Artist. Stained Glass was a band formed in California in the 60's. My title is chipboard for the twist.
I was short one 's' in my chipboard letters, but I had the same font in vinyl so I put Black Diamond Stickles on the title so the letters would all match.
