Last winter, Adriya and Andy were playing in the yard at our apt. I wanted to make pages for the kids to remember the moment, since our landlord decided to be a jerk and chain the yard gate so we couldn't go in there. He told us and our realtor that the kids could use the swings and it was one of the main reasons we took the apt. The landlord decided he would retract the offer of using the yard 4 months after we moved in because he didn't want to risk being sued. Even though we have our own insurance. We live in a neighborhood w/ a high drug use/sale and having a safe yard to play in was a big deal for us.
