For my solid and non-themed borders and paper strips I use a long shallow basket, that's 13" wide and came from one of the local dollar stores.

The dividers were made from "old" heavy file dividers cut down. One of the places I worked they were being throwout so I took them. They are wonderfully heavy yardstick and very durable.

The strips are organized by color and a few themes.
