This LO is a lift of one I just love made by Skrapaddict called "#Awesome" found here:

For the splatters on the background I applied a technique I learned from Missy Whidden, check out her blog here:
http://littlenuggetcreations.blogspot.com/

I also applied some stenciling which is the chevron in the brown. I used the cap of my sharpie pen to stamp on the red circles and the center is stamped with a thin eraser. Scraps were mostly used for the center pieces.
