I made my own tabbed insert pages for my Carpe Diem Planner. I cut pages from patterned paper, and then used some of the Straight Talk dies from Technique Tuesday to create tabs from cardstock to place at the top of them. If you wanted to make these, you could easily put the tab on the side of your pages instead. I just wanted them at the top for mine.
