Scraplifted from Heather Telford at her Bits & Pieces blog, (OLW 155 Silhouettes, Sept. 2, 2013). I just got this stamp set and was googling ideas and came upon this beautiful design. I added those sequins to cover the bloops in the black ink that showed up for some reason.
