CharPT - Thanks for the interest. My machine is a regular Big Shot. I treat it just like cardstock. I find that the copper mounted on cardstock is simple to work with and I am continually surprised at the possibilities. Your cards are beautiful. I am looking forward to seeing a little "metal" in some of your cards.

Copper Foil Die Cuts

These are examples of what you can do with .003 copper sheeting glued to cardstock using spray adhesive. Generally, you can use the copper-covered stock just like you use cardstock. For the hearts, I cut out the hearts and then used embossing folders to add designs. You can see that the cuts can be very elaborate (the corset). I often use copper for word die cuts. Be careful when smoothing or working with the sheeting, it will scratch and dent. I use a file folder taped around a few layers of sheet packing foam. The copper can be etched, aged, or polished depending on the project. Endless possibilities. I like the shiney stuff myself.
