This is absolutely STUNNING! I love that you used a B&W pic with this combo of papers! Awesome lift, too! Going into my faves ;)
Great job on the challenge!!!
This is gorgeous! Love the colors and pp together and your journaling on the picture! You ARE very brave, that can be scary going to another country on your own at such a young age! Awesome job on the challenge! Oh, love the picture too!!! :)
Another great layout! Was this your time as an au-pair? - if so, I share the exact same sentiment - being on your own in a strange new world (country)and making the most of it takes courage and being "Brave"! - but looking back, it was an opportunity of a lifetime and something I wouldn't exchange for anything!
This is for the elsie flannigan challenge number 12, scraplift a lo shape.. I scraplifted frome elsies book, page 77, party.. I only cut of one strip of the picture though...
The journaling reads: I was 19 when I left for America and stayed for four years. I didn't think much of it at the time, but bow, looking back I think I was pretty brave for making that move on my own. It was a great experience, there were good and bad times, laughter and tears. I'm glad I was brave, I wouldn't have missed it for anything in the world.
I had this tablet from deja views waiting for the right lo to use and this was it! I it has my fave colors and I loved it with the b/w pic..
