For the April Page Maps challenge. This is a shaker card. I cut individual circles using a die, adhered that onto a piece of transparency film and cut circles from foam. I adhered the foam to the base card, filled the circles with sequins then adhered the film card on top.
Heat embossed the sentiment and used the Cricut to die cut the Rainbow from pp.
I then finished the card with some enamel dots
