My decorated April divider and how I am using the monthly goals sheets that come in the Carpe Diem planner. I am currently using this sheet for journaling/memory-keeping for the month. I have pre-decorated the page so that I can easily go back and add journaling and/or photos later. For both of these projects, I have used the Life in Color collection from Simple Stories.
