DH album & October’s Your Other Half challenge

This LO is part of my DH album and is also October’s Your Other Half challenge. For years I have wanted to write a letter or poem using the first line of this poem. This is a quality that has always touched me about my DH. Since I never ever got around to doing it before, I decided this was a great opportunity to use the line on this LO and I made a little poem out of it.

I love the way you calm me when I’m scolding.

I love you for your positive outlook on life
I love you for making me laugh

I love you for your little sayings
I love you for my slippers you’re wearing

I love you for being so hard working and
I love your fun loving ways which keep the children laughing.
