I made these three wispy burlap flowers today and decided to put them on a birthday card for a niece in CA. I love making these flowers (from a Tracey Sabella tutorial). They are so easy and fun to make. This time I used 2" wide burlap ribbon from the dollar store. I then added some buttons to the centers.

For the Cricut Challenge, you have to have 3 projects, if I'm not mistaken, so this is my second one. I used the beautiful Ornamental Iron 2 cartridge on this and painted it with TH Picket Fence Crackle Paint. Used Country Road paper underneath from the Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby) and added lantern type flowers from HL as well as a couple of pearls (K and Company adhesive gems)....that's all there is to it! Oh yes, I die cut the leaves from scraps of paper using Sizzix branch with leaves and TH Alterations Spring Greenery.

Also made the envelope! Thank you so much for stopping by!
