I saw the double photo design and thought "how cool"!!! And then I read your description! Funny that your "error" wound up in a super cool effect! I also had a similar thing happen to me and I just "went with it"...wound up loving the finished result! Mistakes are just another opportunity to be creative and wow, your solution is fabulous! NO ONE would ever know that you didn't intentionally double layer your photo, it looks perfect this way! Also, love the font work and stars, great layering, great design!
