I cut the happy bundled-up kid from this magazine cover, and then decided to use it as a stencil. You can see the mauve-ish overspray around the edges from when I spritzed acrylic paint five times through the hole to form the silhouettes in front of the snowmen before using watercolor pencil to wash on the red scarves & brown boots for my snow-ghost kids.
