Give a Cheer
For the Watercolor and Die-Cut Discovery NSD challenges I decided to break out a couple of my hoarded, but not yet used goodies - this fab Sizzix card die set and the sunflower mask I HAD to have (because I love sunflowers)! Then I thought, why not, let's try watercoloring with the gelatos again. Love the watercolor pen I got and even more had a blast watercoloring this card! Loving how it turned out too!
She's still with me, but I made this as a thank-you to send to my mom after all she's done to help us this last month. While my DH has been in the hospital (for the third time in two months), my mom flew down before Mother's Day to help me with our two small kids. She's still here and at the moment does not have a return flight scheduled. Even though she's seen this card, I'm going to surprise her and send it to her after she returns.... whenever that is. Of course, this could backfire on me by her having to stay with me until my dad comes down mid-June for their annual grandkid trip! Well anyway, then I can send it to her at their RV park! LOL
