I've been taking a BPC class called Just Add Color & this project was made in response to a segment by Wilna Furstenberg where she used modge podge and a color wash kind of techique. I decided to use entirely Cricut cuts to adorn the card base after painting it- using PPA glue instead. Then I used a few drops of CTMH reinker and water to "wash" over the images. Then I stamped the sentiment and envelope.
