This is a card I made to celebrate the 4th of July. I die cut a rectangle of white and stamped it with some grunge splatters in bright red. Then I embossed the rectangle and started adding the strips of paper, heart chain diecut, die cut stars, sequins, a sentiment and a tiny ribbon. I adhered the white rectangle on to a red card.
