I used sprays and color bursts to create a mottled background on watercolor paper. I then used the Winnie & Walter True Cutaways die with gold foil paper (for the top layer) and fine glitter paper (for the bottom layer) to create a shiny heart. For the little girl with the outstretched arms, I altered her with a Copic multiliner pen to look more like me (cutting off her pony tails and making her hair longer) and Copic colored her up before I fussy cut her out. The sentiment was handwritten (YES, I did that!) I normally really don't like my handwriting but I wanted this sweet simple font with the "THIS" in all capitals (the similar computer font I had does not include capitals). I had cut it into a banner shape and then cut it in half to tuck on either side of the little girl. A bit of matting and layering with gold foil paper, and I was done! voila!
