I followed a sketch by Cheryl Ever for this. {the bg paper is actually red - I think it looks a bit pink here :( }
The question mark is stamped and cut out.
I used 3 Cricut cartridges: Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Songbird. There are some bits of Graphic 45 used as embellishment. Everything was from stash.
