I really had a hard time with this page because I felt like nothing was coming together. First the letter brought out her dress but I didn't have any pattern or solid card stock that would match with that color. So of course I had to work with what I had because per Heidi Swapp..."I take out so much stuff to use that I am only limited to those supplies. That's what makes it a fun challenge!"
With that in mind, I pulled paper from my scrap bin and went through it and found paper that would kinda match. Cut a 2" strip, tear the edges, wrinkled it and ink with Color Box ink. From there, I used light blue flower brads to bring out the blue flowers in the patterned paper.
I also had brought out a sticker pack and used the sugar & spice saying, inked it with the same color as the patterned paper and stuck it diagonally. Going back to bring out more blue, I adhered small light blue paper flowers to add for finishing touches.
