Faux Quilt Patterned Sympathy Card

I made this card with the adorable "Swiss Pixies Sisters" image by C. C. Designs that I Copic colored. The background has a whole bunch of scrap patterned papers that I thought would be cute in a kind of faux quilt pattern. To add to the primitive look, I also doodled in some faux stitching around the edge of the card front and around the lavender Copic colored card stock that I cut into a banner and circles.

This (along with the last several cards I've made) are going to a crafty friend's mom. My friend usually makes her mother cards to use throughout the year, but this year she has been so ill that she couldn't make enough cards so I wanted to add to her mother's stock of cards. I am grateful for my health and my friends so I want to share what I can with my crafting to brighten the lives of lovely crafty friends and their families.
