Oh How I love this ......it's definately my kind of page. I love the detail.... chuckled at the words everywhere...what a great page. The photos are precious.......and the design and details on the page are wonderful...right down to the linen on the background. PERFECTION.
I came in for a second look at this and realized I hadn't commented. I love your LO. I thing it is so cool that you found the antique linen to use as the background. Making your own weeds was very creative. The words on the cows are too cute!! I may try and 'lift' this, if you don't mind.
This is great! You will laugh every time you look at this layout, and maybe even cry! Love that farm scene paper at the bottom and how you've got the cows talking at the top!
O.M.G. I began laughing as I read and imagined your DGS on that day. This is a wonderful creation that you can go to and laugh again and again. Love the story and all the details of the LO - the flowers, weeds, cows, and of course, the cute pix of the boys. I can tell you had fun creating this one. Excellent work
Love this, Robin! I just love living vicariously through your stories of life on the farm...eating homemade peanut butter cookies and looking at cows and chickens...super cute!
Such a wonderfully creative way to preserve your precious memories. The embellishments could not have been more perfect. And your collage design emphasizes the fun day at the farm. This ROCKS!!
Hey, it looks like you used a couple of flowers I sent you! Awesome! This is just an adorable layout! Love the farm theme. Your linen and "weeds" look great!
I know I've said it before but you totally ROCK at this fun, collage style!!!!! I love how you incorporate so many thoughtful and creative details (which are so perfect for each of your themes) into every layout!!! You are one heck of a collage artist! Wait, did you even know you were that?!?! Well, you ARE!! I said so :-) Hugs!!!!!!
I know everyone has them, and that's a tough day ! Certainly makes one appreciate the great days:)
After a long day, I came out to my scrap office :) I knew I needed a Huge lmbo, I had been wanting to scrap these 2 pictures of my beautiful DGS:) These were taken when they were 1 and 3... Out on my farm:)
Talk about hilarious, it was a hot summer day, the boys always loved the farm and on this particular day, they took a break to go check out the chickens ! Willy, eating my homemade peanut butter cookies, he wanted to be lifted over the chicken fence to really get a good look:)) Joseph, not quite as daring ad Willy, and it's still that way to this day!!! The cows were staring at both of them, and all I could do was laugh!!! Honestly, if that cow could talk, it would of said, what's the big chick deal....
Too, funny, and of course, Willy, looks like a chicken inspector from the Tyson Co. Lol.....
I really had a blast creating this one !!! I found an old roll of farm linen at an antique shop, used that, a die cut cow, added the bling to its eyes, lol.... haha ... And I made my own WEEDS, out of linen ... Layered this one, made a tag, and a pocket!!!
Oh, forgot, to say, Thank you, to Elizabeth, for the tiny orange flowers!!! Thanks sweet lady !!!! TFL:)
