Well, after making lots of handmade flowers and die cut butterflies, I finally made a layout using a couple of them! My sister sent me this picture of my mom via text a few days ago and I was so happy to get it! I figure Mom was about 2 years old when this was taken. Her name was Mary but her nickname was Molly. On this layout from Deb Ochs-Lagrone's Gone Artsy are, the pink and cream laces on the right, Vintage Rose Glitter Glass on the butterflies and in the heart dangle, as well as the flower doily at the bottom. The pink rhinestone embellie at the bottom is from Pamela Wright. The lace on the large cream colored flower was my mom's as well as the button I embellished it with. That lace is truly vintage and was on the original cardboard holder with the manufacturer on it! The pretty bling flower on the doily as well as the one tucked between the lace flowers are from my best friend Susie. Chippies are from Creative Embellishments. The little vintage images I got from Pinterest. The intricate round frame was sent to me from Amy Voorthuis. I heat embossed it with Stampendous Shabby Pink Embossing Powder. The "Sweet" stamp is from Gabrielle Pollacco.
