We decided to surprise each other and I had been wanting to do a shabby chic PL. Laces on dress form are from my grandmothers stash, used last piece of my shabby chic Fabscraps pp I had. Dies I cut myself and PL is a mixture of textiles, flowers, and letters. Frames from Lynn awhile back! Took some lessons from all the great ladies in our group that I have already exchanged with when designing this one. The colors are because Yvonne said she liked pink, blue, green, and yellows. TFL!
