2015 - Red Squirrels - Project Idea

We have both in this area I think. Just a few hundred miles north (where I grew up) the grey are more common. But in our city, we have a red squirrel (or at least not mouse grey) that is bigger and more common. I don't know of course if they are the same as this one. I doubt it in fact this they don't seem nearly as red as this one. Makes me wonder how many squirrel types there are. I really go for the squirrel subject BTW. Like the little creature you have and the added acorns as well.

So beautiful and so are the photos. We also have tons of grey squirrels and the trash my feeders all the time. I have one so big he must weigh 10 lbs. Between them and the bears we cannot hang any feeders right now, sad

wow - I didn't even realize there was a difference. We must just have grey squirrels here. Lovely paper. The squirrel at the bottom is super cute!

Adorable squirrels - perfect kit to use for these photos! I love the acorns across the bottom. I have never seen red squirrels before - only gray squirrels and ground squirrels (we had them out in Nevada).

They are sooo cute!! It stinks that the non-native grey squirrels are squeezing them out. How wonderful to catch such great shots of them.

Oh Tammy, the little squirrels are so darn adorable. You just have to love them. How cool they are protected. The little squirrel in the corner is perfect for an accent as is the acorns. You are so talented.

We just have grey squirrels here - or that's all I've ever seen. When we were somewhere - I think it was the Canada side of Niagara Falls, not positive though, we got pictures of a black squirrel. But I've never seen red ones. Your photos of them are perfect - they look like they were taken by a professional nature photographer! This page is beautifully done Tammy - I love it. That ribbon down the side is the perfect embellishment for this and I love the little acorns at the bottom. Beautiful job on it! The plaid paper and the ribbon are perfect together!
