You are so creative. I love the open diamond pattern in the neutral kraft color. I love you paper choices and of coarse I love how you did the sentiment on vellum.
Here I sit in my hotel room in Scranton Pennsylvania (on my way to Massachusetts) checking out the SB site and your beautiful cards. LOL - I must be addicted. I really love that flower, I might have to buy that die.
Wow, this card is gorgeous. Using that ombre paper for the flower was genius. It is so beautifully shaped and the colors look just like an open flower that lightens in the center as the sun hits it. I love the color of the leaves that match your background polka dots perfectly. I love the creativity of the argyle design made with your stitched dies. The banner of vellum is such a great idea. The dark blue ink couldn't be more beautiful against the pink. You do such beautiful work. Every detail is perfect. I am just in awe of the way you make each flower petal curve so beautifully. I love, love, love this.
This is my version of Sketch#4 of the August Card Sketch Challenge. I used petals from my Spellbinders magnolia die set to cut a sheet of rose ombre paper from MME's Market Street collection to create this flower. The background paper and the one I used for my leaves is also from the same 6x6 paper pad. I used my stitched square dies to create the argyle type pattern behind my flower. My sentiment is stamped on a small pink vellum banner.
