On July 3rd we went to Claudette's camper in ME. We never had a fried turkey before. So here we go, Gerry is getting the fryer ready, dropped the turkey in to cook. Claudette and Gerry discussed how much time per lb. to cook him, 3 mins. When Gerry pulled him out......we all sat down to a Thanksgiving in July, with all the fixings, so yummy for the tummy
