Fun card and such a perfect sentiment for the occasion! Did you fussy cut those frogs? Great job with them, and the background came out really well also.
This card was inspired by the September Inspirational Card Challenge technique category. For the technique you were supposed to scribble on a piece of acetate with markers and then spritz that result with water and then stamp that onto a piece of paper. I had to do it twice to get the really strongly colored background on this one. I used my Tombow watercolor markers. I also wet dyed the flower to get it to become pink. I blended my frog colored pencil results with gamsol. This image shows the stamped envelope as well. I used the Frolicking Frogs Stampin Up stamp set for the images. I did fussy cut around the two frogs on the card.
