This view is before putting in the page protector and layering the flip flaps.

The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (AWCC) was a stop on our way to the cruise ship. They have 3 brown bears & 2 black bears. Once a bear is placed in captivity, they can never leave due to the danger they pose to humans since they quickly learn to be dependent on humans. They will demand food once it's been given to them- making them dangerous. Many bears must be destroyed at this point- not enough zoos & wildlife centers around who can or have room to take them. I made a LO using photos of the bears and the signs about them. Unfortunately the "stories" they told when I was at the center are not really coming up online & I can't remember them all. Normally bears do not hang out together, they are solitary. I'm guessing the regular feedings have a lot to do with them living in harmony.

I cut the honeycomb background piece using Artbooking & I had my Cricut write out the journaling. I stamped and cut out the 2 little bears in the middle (you can see it only with the sign flap down).

Thanks for stopping by - have a blessed day.
