For the lift category in this month's Inspirational Card Challenge the designer that was chosen for us to lift is Scrap-Time. I chose this card from her gallery -

Since I wanted to create a night sky, I decided just to die cut stars in the top half. I layered my die cut piece over silver glitter cardstock. The patterned paper and cat sticker are from Doodlebug designs. I stamped my sentiment on vellum (just for you Kathy! ;) and traced over it with my clear Wink of Stella pen. The stars around the cat were die cut from silver glitter washi tape. It's all much more sparkly and glittery in real life :)
