This sheet of paper had a patterned strip along the side that I decided to use for my background. I stamped some extra red stars to add a bit more red since I wanted that to be my main bold color. I used 2 stitched square dies to cut a frame out of the red and white star paper. I raised the frame with adhesive foam and added a blue vellum square insert. The sentiment is a sticker from MAMBI. To finish it off, I added a bit of red and white twine and went over the stars with my clear Wink of Stella pen for a bit of shimmer.
