This little project just started out as an experiment with me using watercolor paper for the first time. For the background I just rubbed Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads directly onto the paper. Then used a little Adirondack Metallic Paint Dabbers here and there. I thought the colors looked just like Autumn so I got out my old Martha Stewart leaf stamps and heat embossed those randomly. Stamped a couple of corners using TH The Journey clear stamps and a scriptural stamp from Close to My Heart's Look to the Light. Then I added all those butterflies that are pictures of the real thing that I printed out from my Print Shop program and fussy cut them out. Applied it to the thick gold glitter 8-1/2 x 11 cardstock and that's all there is to it!
