I love the stencil chevrons and the mixed alphas in the title. I would skip that restaurant myself as I don't eat sushi or burgers.

I am thinking sushi and burgers is cool. My Dh hates sushi. He calls it bait! I love it. On the flipside, he loves burgers and I could take it or leave them. It sounds like a perfect restaurant for us!!! Your layering is terrific. One great layout!!!
