I have made this layout card for my husband’s birthday and I used some of our favorite family pictures in 2016.
Inside the card I used chipboard letters to spell We Heart Daddy. The word Daddy may look as crooked, however, it was intentional as when my husband smiles he always has a charming smirk which always melts my heart.
The chipboard pieces were embellished by using black acrylic paint, versamark, mica powder, stamps and a few good coats of ultra-thick clear embossing powder. While the embossing powder was still hot on the heart, I used a rubber stamp covered in gold mica powder to stamp as a deep impression the golden flowers.
I edited the picture to cover the message which is personal. I used my beginner calligraphy skills to write the words You Are My Everything and I Love You
