I made this layout as a gift for my friend who got married back in early October. As part of her bachelorette party, the attendees each made a page about what the bride-to-be meant to them or a funny story about how they met. My friend Kacia is always pushing me to be more social and to put myself out there so I made a layout based off of that sentiment. I chose a picture of us from the Shining Ball at the Stanley Hotel from a few years ago and put it in black and white to match the layout color scheme. I then made die cut bats transforming into butterflies to represent metamorphosis. I added some flowers edged in Silks black emerald acrylic paint as well as pearls and butterflies for accents.
